Service

Your satisfaction with our services is very important. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair or any other salon services, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. This allows your stylist to address any concerns and make adjustments as needed to ensure your complete satisfaction.

During your consultation, expectations and hair goals were discussed to ensure clarity. Your stylist will review this information along with the services provided to determine the appropriate course of action. Depending on the nature of the adjustments required, they will assess whether they are complimentary or if there is a fee involved.

Product return/exchange

We hope that you love the professional products you purchase. However, if you don’t, all retail items can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of salon credit to use towards other retail items. If the product is unused and in its original packaging, a full refund will be issued to a credit card. No cash refunds. 

Deposits

We kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with our booking policies before booking an appointment to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

  • All service bookings require a credit card on file to secure your appointment.
  • All appointments require a 50% deposit book an appointment. The deposit will hold your appointment, and is fully refundable if your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours.
  • If your appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours, your deposit will be credited to your account and available for use toward your next appointment or product purchase.
  • If your appointment is rescheduled/cancelled less than 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to schedule a future appointment. 
  • If your appointment is missed/no show, your deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance of your appointment will be charged to the card on file, along with a new deposit, in order to book a new appointment.

Booking an appointment

At vibe.salon, our commitment is to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for both our valued guests and dedicated team members. We recognize that unforeseen situations may lead to appointment cancellations.

It is essential that both stylists and clients respect the time reserved for appointments. Last-minute cancellations or No-Shows deny our stylists the opportunity to accommodate other guests who may urgently need an appointment or are on our waiting list. 

Our appointment reservations are confirmed 48 hours in advance through text, phone, and email as a courtesy. 

Service Alterations:

  • Upgrades: Please call at least 24 hours in advance to upgrade your service, subject to availability and stylist’s discretion.
  • Downgrades: Any reduction in services affecting the timing must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made less than 24 hours prior will be charged based on the original booking. If downgrading does not affect the timing (e.g., removing a cut from a color service appointment), adjustments can be made any time before the appointment.

To respect the time of our guests and our stylists, all no-show reservations must be paid in full before additional appointments may be honored.

Green Circle Salon

We are proud to be a Green Circle Salon, which makes us 95% sustainable and a certified carbon neutral company! For all services, a $2.00 environmental stewardship fee will be added at checkout. Our environmental stewardship fee helps us to repurpose and recover up to 95% of the resources that were once considered waste.
